okay, so this young lady is insanely beautiful, and i was sooooo glad to have her as a model. she made it look easy. :) you'll see her again this winter for another shoot we'll be doing, and i already can't wait for it!!!

Florida Lovebirds

Prancing Through the Gardens

This shoot was on a hot summer day, while I was hugely pregnant. I was a good bit miserable waddling around the botanical gardens, but the company made it worth every minute! This sweet little girl, her mom, and her grandma, were so much fun to work with. I had a hard time picking my favorites from this shoot, which should explain why there are so many of them... sorry it was as much as I could narrow it down!

Sweet Baby Jaide

This precious little girl was born just a few days before our little boy made his entrance into the world. She is sooooo adorable, and she tolerated a good bit from us this day. :) It's a tough job being this cute, but somebody has to do it!

Meet the newest addition to our little family! Alex arrived on July 27th. He's an absolute doll... SUCH a sweet baby!

Beautiful Bride

I had a traditional bridal shoot with Miss Alison, and isn't she gorgeous??? She was even more gorgeous on her wedding day, if that's possible. Her wedding pics will be up before too long on mine and Steph's wedding site... so keep an eye out for them... it was a beautiful wedding!

Playing at the Park

This handsome fellow's grandmother had a great idea for a location spot... her backyard and the park across the street. :) Sometimes people put way too much pressure on the background, when in reality it is the subject that is the focus! And this shoot proved to me that, especially when it comes to kids, a comfortable environment is key. He felt right at home, and as a result, he acted like himself instead of stiffening up and saying "cheese." So if you're booking me for a kid's shoot, consider where your child is most likely to be in their comfort zone, rather than what you think would make for a cute background. It won't matter how pretty the background is if your child is extremely uncomfortable in the photos.

My two week maternity leave is behind me. :) hehe. Just wanted to let y'all know I'm back at it, and accepting appointments for September/October/November!

Sweetness

While on this shoot, this little cutie made me so excited that I was having a little boy. :) He is just so stinkin' adorable, and I wanted to pinch his cheeks every five seconds. He has a sweet, sweet Momma and Daddy, and they are such a pleasure to work with... if they look familiar, it's because you saw them months ago in their maternity pictures. Adorable family!!!
